  We had air conditioning installed several years ago through this company. I wasn't particularly impressed with the way they installed the unit in our study as we have some ugly conduits which should have been run on the outside of the house.
  However, we were unaware of the worst problem, being that they only installed conduits halfway up the tubing which meant that rainwater now had an easy path into the interior of our house. We have had problems with leaks and called a leak detection expert. They told me it was a shocking job that they had only bothered to cover half of the exterior tubing and not used rubber seals when screws were inserted into the house. Now, the tubing which has not been protected is also corroded and appears on the verge of falling apart.
  I have contacted the company asking them to rectify the problem. After ignoring several emails, I called them, explained and they said they would be back in contact. When they did get back to me, they told me that they would charge me $99/hour to fix an incomplete installation!
  DO NOT USE this company - shoddy work which will create further problems for your house.
